There are four different 'Matrices' which divide up the year into fractions. Each has their own benefits. They are:

• Matrix A: Seasons
• Matrix B: Half-seasons
• Matrix C: Rotating
• Matrix D: Monthly
• Matrix E: Three weekly

Any type of property can be made available through Fractional Ownership
